Crafted from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the fertile Robertson Valley, this dry rosé offers a fruit-driven nose with notes of strawberries, summer berries, and a hint of violet and spice. A gentle 3-hour skin contact gives it its elegant silk-pink hue, while cold fermentation preserves its crisp freshness.

With an alcohol content of 12.43%, it’s perfect served chilled (12–15°C) alongside salmon, crayfish, cooked ham, or Mediterranean-style dishes like vegetable moussaka and ratatouille.
